se Smart PDF Tayar karna
1). Computer me Word or Excel file ke zariye
Smart PDF tayar kiye jaate hai.
2). Sab se pahele Word ya Excel file ko tayar kar
lijiye jise aap ko smart PDF me convert karna hai.
3). Fir jis Text ya Image pe Link apply karna hai
use select kijiye Excel me cell ko select kare.
4). Us ke baad “Insert” is option ko click kijiye.
5). New page open hoga waha “Existing File or Web Page” ko click kijiye.
6). Us ke baad aap ko jis location pe file save
karna hai us location ko select kijiye.
7). Fir Address ke box me aap ko jo link apply
karna hai wo type karne ke baad “OK” ke button ko click kijiye.
8). Aap ke link Apply ho gayi hai ab aap ko is
file ko PDF me save karna hai.
9). File ko PDF me save karne ke liye “Save As” ko click kijiye.
10). Is tarha ka
dialog box open woga waha File Name likhiye or “Save as Type” me PDF select kar ke file ko “Save” kijiye.
11). Aap ki Smart PDF
file use karne ke liye tayar hai.
